Ten weeks that change how a child lives.
Ignite Fit is a free ten-week season for children ages 8–17 in Nueces County — conditioning, real cooking and faith, twice a week, ending in an earned Presidential Fitness Award. Season One dates will be announced soon. Catholic in faith, open to every family, whatever they believe. Parents are welcome at every session — stay, train alongside your child, or just watch.
Nueces County is one of the heaviest, most diabetic counties in Texas.
44.0% of adults here are obese and 15.5% have diagnosed diabetes — both well above Texas and the nation. Those conditions start forming in childhood, and the schools measure children every year without ever training them. Ignite Fit is the training.
Ignite Fit
A ten-week season, twice a week: 45 minutes of coach-led conditioning, 30 minutes of hands-on cooking, 20 minutes of Scripture and prayer — plus a monthly family night where parents get the clinical half. Children train toward a real fitness test on a real date and earn Bronze, Silver or Gold.
Free to every family, and parents are welcome at every session — come train with your child or sit in the bleachers, either one. Ages 8–17. Season One dates will be announced soon.

Dress for Dignity
Clothing, shoes, coats and hygiene essentials for children and families across the Coastal Bend — given with privacy and choice, never as a handout. No income requirements. No faith requirements.
Twenty-five children. One complete season. Published results.
We are a first-year organization, so we are not going to promise you thousands. We are going to run one season well, measure it honestly — attendance, FitnessGram results, BMI percentile, A1C where clinically appropriate — and publish exactly what happened, including what did not work.
Nobody pays for a season. Somebody does.
Every child trains free. That only works because people here decide it should.
Groceries for a cooking night
Real food for a class of children to cook, eat and take the recipe home.
Gear and testing for one child
Shoes that fit, a season shirt, and the fitness testing that proves what changed.
One child, one whole season
Coaching, groceries, clinical support, gear, testing and the earned patch — ten weeks.
Give to Season One Give monthly
$22,400 underwrites all 25 children in Season One. Every donor gets the end-of-season report — who enrolled, who finished, what changed.
